Alexandre J.E Perez — Technical & Innovation Project Manager

I lead complex, regulated projects from concept to delivery.

Project manager, former startup CTO and inventor. For six years I led project delivery on the Pneumoscope — an AI-powered connected diagnostic device — owning scope, schedule, budget, risk and a 15+ stakeholder network across 3 institutions, from first sketch to a CE-mark compliant Class IIa product, a European patent and a Nature Digital Medicine publication along the way.

Profile — project leader, builder, inventor

I work at the intersection of project management, regulated product delivery and cross-functional leadership. My background is in microsystems engineering (microtechnique), with a Master's in Innovation for Product & Business Development — and a decade of hands-on project ownership in startups and MedTech.

At Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) I owned the Pneumoscope project from concept to industrial-scale production: scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder alignment and the full EU MDR Class IIa CE certification. Earlier, alongside my Bachelor's studies, I co-founded and managed the technical project portfolio of 3Dfunlab, a student-run 3D-printing venture.

What I enjoy most is the rare combination this work demands — turning ambiguity into a structured, delivered project, while keeping it safe, validated and certifiable.

Scope, schedule & budget Concept → delivery Risk & stakeholder management EU & Swiss citizen

That's me, building a Pneumoscope by hand — the project I took from a blank sheet to a CE-mark compliant product. I don't just lead projects from the sidelines; I stay close to the work.
