  • Led full product development from concept to industrial-scale production — hardware/software integration across sensors, electronics and AI.
  • Coordinated 15+ internal and external stakeholders and a multidisciplinary team across three institutions.
  • Defined the innovation roadmap and KPIs, aligning development milestones with validation and funding cycles.
  • Owned the EU MDR Class IIa CE certification — technical file and notified-body interactions.
  • Secured 1.5M CHF through 8+ competitive grants (Innosuisse, EU, cantonal).
  • Named inventor on the resulting European patent (27 countries); co-authored 3 peer-reviewed papers, incl. Nature Digital Medicine.
